Im Zentrum stehen Fragen zu \u201eelektronischen \u00c4sthetiken\u201c und \u201eelektronisch informierter Musik\u201c: Elektronische Musik ist Medienmusik \u2013 sie war und ist an \u00dcbertragungs-, Aufzeichnungs- und Wiedergabemedien gekoppelt \u2013 vom Rundfunk bis zum Browser. Zu den Aufgaben der Gegenwart geh\u00f6rt es einerseits, den Einflu\u00df der Medien und Produktionswerkzeuge kritisch zu beleuchten und andererseits ihre Kategorien und Denkmuster zu hinterfragen. Entsprechend steht bei unserem Symposium nicht die Technologie selbst im Vordergrund.
